  • Delivery and placement of furniture is possible in the Netherlands and Belgium. The delivery costs depend on the location and the item to be delivered.
  • The prices stated include 21% VAT.
  • All information and prices on the site and on the order confirmations are subject to price changes, errors, typing errors and mistakes.
  • We do our best to show the colours of products on our website as accurately as possible. The photos on our website may still show slight colour differences.
  • Offers are for collection. Delivery is possible at an extra charge.

Payment information

Payment for a product is possible when ordering, before delivery or during delivery.

When a product is made to measure, we ask for a 15% deposit.
This can be paid by bank transfer or online payment (iDeal/Wero). We only start production once the deposit has been paid.

The remaining amount can then be paid by bank transfer or iDeal/Wero, or by PIN during delivery.
During delivery you can only pay by direct debit card transfer, not indirect methods such as credit card/Amex/PayPal.

For debit card payment we charge €25 in service/transaction costs.

Withdrawal / return conditions

We do everything we can to keep you satisfied. If you still wish to cancel your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day of delivery. The right of withdrawal applies only to items held in stock, not to made-to-measure orders. Made-to-measure orders are manufactured and delivered to the consumer's specifications and/or manufactured on the basis of an individual choice by the consumer. They therefore cannot be returned.

If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, please email info@dt-69.nl stating your order number. You must return the products to us undamaged and well packed in the original packaging.
If needed, we can arrange the return transport. In that case, the transport costs within the Netherlands of €150.00 are offset against the amount to be refunded.
