Industrial design dining table from oakwood – Bespoke – DT27

This industrial oak dining table with metal legs is custom-made in our own workshop. The combination of wood and iron is characteristic of industrial furniture, giving the table its robust look.

The tabletop is made from approx. 7cm thick sun-weathered old oak (sawn from the exterior of old beams) glued onto furniture board. The outer edges are made of solid planks. Because the oak spent decades as facade cladding in the sun, it has developed a beautiful patina. The tabletop has been treated against spots.

This table is custom-made for you; simply choose your preferred dimensions from the menu. Additionally, the table can be made with various amounts of overhang beyond the legs. This means you can decide for yourself how far the tabletop extends on either side. The average overhang for this type of table is 25cm.

This table is made from a special sustainable wood: reclaimed old oak.

For years, this wood served as cladding on farm barns in Central Europe. There, rain and sun have given it a beautiful natural patina.

By reusing old oak in a new table, this distinctive material gets a second life. That reduces the need for new timber and helps preserve nature while lowering our ecological footprint.
